Offensive – Proximity MinesWorld
War II Veterans will now be able to choose a target every night phase. At that target’s house, they will plant a proximity mine that will blow up if someone tries to enter the house. The mines have to be replanted every night.
So basically our vets now have medic power+
So both vets get an upgrade \o/
Hmm, wait, this isn't a lv.1 upgrade and the Americans chose (1) tech (2) detective in the last few rounds. Maybe ICBM is bunk? Well, one way to find out would be not to mention this this knowledge and ask Russians what their tech was this round.
We could mention that only one tech was listed this cycle and we're trying to find out whether it's US or USSR. :v

Interesting. We get abilities similar to the Mad Hatters in Game 6. But where to plant them... and would they refer back to us? This could be a way to covertly thin the Russian/ME ranks should we decide to use them.
ReplyDeleteI can talk with BoD tomorrow and ask him what tech they chose, or go about it the way you mentioned. I'll do so when I go to post the clues.
Hmm, personally I think this would be good to put on the major and our hitman, Maurice. If the ME do have intentions of going after us, Fuoud is in for a nasty surprise when he tries to enter the character's home.
ReplyDeleteUnless I and major are misunderstanding how the tech works?
yes anyone public should have one. The Major for sure and i guess since out triple agent may have attracted some unwanted attention then him/her too.
ReplyDeleteThe other option would be Walter but the only person likely hot to hit him is Sky and he doesn't have any weapons left.
BoD says that he researced the Proxy mines. Maybe the ICBM is level 5 offensive? Makes sense with the "60%"
ReplyDeleteyeah i'm thinking we should tell BoD to research something other than Weapons for a bit...
ReplyDeleteI want a gun, can I get a gun?
ReplyDeleteNope, but the patriot/comrade seem to get one, according to the last Umi update. @_@
ReplyDeleteNPR: Well, he's not going to be sold on Misc. --that just seems to feed us propaganda, which they have no use for.
