Great job everyone so far! As much of a headache as it is to communicate with the other factions, having savvy players on your own team makes this job easy. So, without further adieu, agendas.
Veterans: Our sekrit embedded veteran is advised to step it up with his work with the Americans and play it cautious patriot. With 3 VC down, you're only in danger of a 3-hit power from them and they've got bigger fish to fry with the American Assassin very much exposed. With so much of the American team in bed with the BK who knows how compromised they are. Your caution won't seem out of place.
Consider keeping to PM and staying out of IRC so you don't slip up and have time to craft your words. Heck, if you're keen to it, post the PMs to the blog and we'll help. Our reporters are very crafty too, ya know. And with myself working weekends, usually, you can gain a faster idea of what you want to say instead of asking me exclusively and having to wait hours until I got off of work after 10pm est (which will be the case Sunday).
So far Russians and Americans are playing it safe and hitting VC instead of each other. Even if the Russians suspect you they won't go after you, and no one is going to waste their fact check on a small fry when they're paranoid about VC. As long as you don't come off as suspicious, you should be off the radar.
Sockpuppets: Talk to them if you wish, but don't give them anything. By being critical of sockpuppets I've already gotten the ident of Star Fox (Sky) and a ME sockpuppet has been replaced with a ME user. More on them in the next post as I suss that out. Unless Meristele would like to contribute~~~
Reporters: We're quickly moving towards the part of the phase where we find ourselves editing news articles, perhaps even outright falsification. Stay tuned as the story develops~

I, like many of you I'm sure, have been contacted by what's believed as American Sockpuppets. Now, I've responded to one of them in order to lure out the controller like stage said, if we can properly co-ordinate this we can strike a serious blow to the Americans

Agreed. I was a little disappointed that you guys actually thought that we would reveal anything about the BK lynch, but the results make me LOL so much that I just can't quite be grouchy. :P
ReplyDeleteAs for future planz, I have to back up my fellow reporter buddy: Who, if anyone, exactly are we working with? Also, we know that Aarin isn't actually American, and probably not Russian either, so is he the ME guy?

Ok, if you're looking for a good target for the assassins, this is what I propose.
ReplyDeleteWe know that Aarin isn't Russian OR American, and we can be fairly confident that he's not EU, so that just leaves VC or ME. I think he would be a safe hit target tonight for them. Unless you guys know something I don't?

ReplyDeleteOk, I just learned from Santacake that Foxatee is our other assassin (see: Russian.) She's been AFKing supposedly so that's why she's been avoiding the limelight. He used his detective check on her. He's one of the American CIA operatives. He's scared to death that he's going to be killed, because BK knew who and what he was. Anyway, I don't know if anyone knows a way to get in touch with her and see if she's really AFK or just playing possum, but I thought I'd throw that out there.
