As for other information, Alexander is Foxy's narrative name. She is our Russian assassin. What makes this all the more cool is that she had told stage and I that she was going to place a hit on Link last night and, lo and behold, Alexander found Septim, so this confirms that Septim is Link. However, it seems that he's either unhittable at night, or something completely different. This will require some thought.
Finally, a list of the clues:
- ”Quang was set up,” Alisa and Joanna proclaim in a conference
- Clyde is hot on Mei Ling’s trail
- Sergey to lay off the morphine: “Alexander might need it more.”
- Another attack on Nikita was nipped in the bud
[*]Joanna to find out Alexander’s true allegiance
[*]Mehmed: Joanna is definitely American
[*]Winston happily distributes more powerful guns among his agents
[*]Steven’s security personnel proved too much for Lanh
I will be removing the clues about Alexander, being that this pretty much reveals that Alexander is ours and not really Russian. From the clues from our other reporter, it sounds like Septim could possibly function as a paranoid, and she was possibly counterhit last night.
Off to write the news~
Once again IRC shoots someone in the foot (this time Link by revealing his IP).
ReplyDeletewhen will people learn :) What game hasn't had a major muchup in IRC revealing people's role/faction?
Oi, with all these attacks on Nikita, I think the VC already know who he is. Or Americans are being stoooopid.
ReplyDeleteJoanna found out Alexander's true allegiance makes sense, as Santa came to us with this intel and that's how the Russians were able to coordinate the hit attempt on Link.
Meanwhile Mehmed role checked Joanna. ME has a fact checker.
-> Winston happily distributes more powerful guns among his agents. <- Seriously, lay off the tech posts, the VC and ME don't need to know what tech is available for them to cherry pick from. This is not cool. :/
Stevens had a medic on him, he would have been hit last night by Lahn. Was unneccessary to post too, now the VC /know/ they were aiming for the Scientist last night. Also not cool. :/
Seriously Walter, you're a great newscaster, but your editorial skills suck.
let's review news posts before posting them, Sorry i didn't post my stuff here first.
ReplyDeleteI didn't realize that Stevens was the scientist, so I didn't think it would be an issue. This may have been something that should have been brought to my attention, oh I don't know, a long time ago?
ReplyDeleteAlso, I didn't think the Winston post would matter, because the VC already have the good guns, so it's not like it's anything new to them.
I know how to edit, but I'd do a much better job if I had been given the proper information. You've got to remember that I don't know a lot of the things you do.
The grief of Meri's passing had completely overwhelmed my ability to logic~
Anyway, butt-chewing aside, what is the plan now? Did Foxy receive a counterhit from Link? Is she going to play ball and hit who we ask her to? Is Dukat still being an asshat?
Actually, you were in the know if you'll remember that the previous batch of clues we had, had to do with Doctor /Stevens/ and Doctor Svetlana. :p
ReplyDeleteThat's what I'm basing my point on~
why the balls would they be trying to kill the scientists though o.O unless it's an attempt to limit the Americans ability to produce tech?
ReplyDeleteI'll admit I've been kinda useless in this game at looking at clues and so on. Too much work and trip stuff combined with a bit of burnout from the last game.
ReplyDeleteFrankly, MP just squared me away on who Winston probably is. Apparently we "bought" tech from Russians (?) and now our veterans have guns (i.e. can hit.)I had thought Winston was American and reported it as such. So perhaps the VC will think it's them instead of us, so now we can shiv them when they least expect it?
ReplyDeleteAlso, are we going to put Aarin up for lynch or what? We should probably do something before someone else comes up with a less worthy target...
No lynch on Aarin, he didn't turn up as a threat.
ReplyDeleteWe're focusing on characters with night hit capability.
Interesting. I guess this means that if we had gotten the faction checking ability from the Americans that us reporters could faction check.
ReplyDeleteThat would be wicked sweet. Can we still get that?
ReplyDeleteit would be nice but i think the right choice was made to get us some unexpected kill power.
ReplyDeleteIf we can get both our veterans armed and dangerous that'd be awesome. Our diplomat needs to get on the stick :/
